    Conduct a complete review of the 2D/3D drawings provided by the client in the early stages of the project, ensuring that tolerances, materials, surface requirements, and key technical parameters are clear and reasonable.

  • Size Control

    Implement process self inspection and key dimension special inspection during the processing.

  • Assembly Management

    The assembly workshop strictly implements 5S management and cleaning standards to ensure the accuracy and long-term stability of mold assembly.

  • Full Process Quality Control

    From raw materials to finished molds, there are standardized operations and inspection processes at every step.
