In the process of mold design, we comprehensively consider the injection molding process and material characteristics (such as PET, PP, PS, etc.), processing feasibility and assembly rationality, convenience of use and maintenance, mold life and maintainability. -
Part Size & Tolerance Control
Each mold component has clear tolerances and process requirements during the 2D drawing stage. Each processing step undergoes self inspection and re inspection. Special inspections will be conducted on key components to ensure that their dimensions, fit, and functionality meet all standards. -
Processing & Assembly
Internally complete high-speed CNC, EDM, deep hole drilling, precision carving and other processes, strictly adhere to tolerance and process testing. -
Trial Molding & Verification
Verify molding stability, dimensional accuracy, and appearance quality through multiple rounds of mold testing, and provide complete parameters.
